Blackcurrant, liquorice and woodland aromas lead a deep, savoury Pinot Noir profile. The palate is ample and rounded, combining dark fruit with measured oak and a return of liquorice through the mid-palate. Firm, persistent tannins provide shape without making the wine feel severe, while earthy undergrowth adds mature Burgundy character. The finish is long, structured and composed. Decant briefly and serve with duck confit, beef bourguignon or mature cheese.
