Arrowleaf 2018 Summerstorm Sparkling Rosé
Canadian Sparkling
Strawberry, rhubarb and pink grapefruit appear with a touch of sweetness, followed by a clean, dry finish. Made from Zweigelt grown in the estate vineyard, the grapes are whole-cluster pressed to retain only a small amount of colour. The base wine ages in neutral-oak puncheons before secondary fermentation in a sealed Charmat tank, producing fine bubbles and a fruit-forward profile.
Inniskillin Okanagan 2021 Discovery Series Zinfandel
Canadian Red
Blackberry, mocha, vanilla spice and Black Forest cake define this full-bodied Zinfandel. The palate is juicy and bright, with layered flavour and a lingering finish. The wine was aged for fifteen months in oak barrels. It carries 14.5 percent alcohol and nine grams per litre of sugar. Made in British Columbia, it is classified as BC VQA Okanagan Valley and belongs to the Discovery Series.
Phantom Creek Estates 2020 Becker Vineyard Cuvée
Canadian Red
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc form the blend. Kirsch, plum and spiced blackberry appear with dried sage, dark chocolate, cedar and oak. The profile is full-bodied and balanced, with fruit weight and a long finish. The historic vineyard lies on the Black Sage Bench. Higher spring rainfall and mild temperatures were followed by hot, dry conditions through harvest. Smaller berries contributed concentrated flavours and elevated tannins.

Field berries, candied strawberry and white peach lead, joined by watermelon and a gentle floral lift. The palate is crisp yet creamy, with bright berry fruit and citrus framed by mouthwatering minerality. A light savoury note gives the fruit shape without adding weight. Dry and refreshing, it closes cleanly with tart strawberry, peach and a lingering citrus edge.
