Tempranillo forms sixty percent of the blend, with Garnacha accounting for the remainder. Fermentation lasts fifteen days with daily pigeage and remontage below 26 degrees Celsius, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel before blending, clarification and bottling.

Made entirely from Graciano in Navarra, Spain, the wine has an intense ruby-red colour with a violet rim. It contains thirteen-point-seven percent alcohol. Fermentation is temperature-controlled, and barrel ageing lasts four months.

Intense straw-yellow colour with green and light golden hues accompanies tropical fruit, ripe pip fruit, citrus, mineral notes and white flowers. The palate combines persistent acidity, creaminess, a sweet background, light bitterness and a persistent finish. Garnacha Blanca and other varieties are grown organically on calcareous clay soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, pressed gently and fermented with natural yeasts below 16 degrees Celsius. Alcohol is 13.5 percent.
