Marsala DOC

Amber in colour with a copper rim, this opens on marmalade, burnt sugar and dried citrus peel. Raisin and fig add richness, while smoke and toasted nuts bring savoury depth. The palate is rounded and concentrated, balanced by enough acidity to keep the dried-fruit character from feeling heavy. A nutty finish carries the flavours with measured warmth, leaving orange peel, fig and gentle caramel in its wake.
