Its generous texture carries the flavours evenly rather than allowing the oak to dominate. The finish is exceptionally long, returning to candied citrus, vanilla, pear and gentle spice. A polished Grande Champagne style with immediate aromatic appeal and enough structure for slow sipping. Serve neat at room temperature.
