Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOP

Deep, sparkling red-pink colour accompanies small red berries, pomegranate and red cherry. Bright fruit and acidity are balanced in a clean, crisp profile with a floral finish. Made entirely from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, the fruit comes from estate vineyards in Cugnoli. It is hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented from free-run juice in temperature-controlled stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is avoided, and the wine ages in bottle.
