Pale straw colour has a green tinge. Green guava, ripe peach and pear sit beside lime zest, while juicy tropical fruit accompanies a crisp profile. Balanced acidity supports a lingering finish. The Chenin Blanc was destemmed and lightly crushed, followed by brief skin contact and pressing. Free-run juice settled overnight before cool fermentation with selected yeast, and the wine remained on fine lees without oak.
