Red apple and peach appear in a fruity, creamy profile with a light touch of spice. Fine bubbles are present. The palate is fresh and soft, with a gentle mineral note and a persistent finish. Glera comes from the Montello and Colli Asolani hills. Whole grapes are pressed before temperature-controlled tank fermentation and the sparkling-wine tank process. The wine contains eleven percent alcohol.

About Villa Sandi
The Moretti Polegato family’s winegrowing story began in the early 1920s, when Mario Polegato bought vineyards. In the late 1970s, the family acquired and restored Villa Sandi, a Palladian-style villa built in 1622, as its winery headquarters. The underground galleries were later adapted for traditional-method sparkling wine.
Giancarlo, his wife Augusta and their children Diva and Leonardo continue the family business, whose estates span Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its Prosecco vineyards include Treviso, Asolo and the steep hills of Valdobbiadene.
