Orsi Vigneto San Vito Posca Rossa NV

$39.99

Drawn from a long-running perpetual vat, the red version is topped up almost monthly with younger wine, bringing several harvests together. Fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine is neither clarified nor filtered. The vineyards are cultivated biodynamically. The cuvée is continually evolving and is intended as a daily wine. The bottle uses a glass closure with a separate sealing ring.

About Orsi Vigneto San Vito
Orsi Vigneto San Vito is a biodynamic mixed farm and winery in Oliveto, among the Colli Bolognesi hills near Bologna. Alongside the vineyards, the farm grows vegetables and cereals and raises Mora Romagnola pigs and sheep. Through Co.Vi.Bio, it also works with nearby growers to support organic winegrowing and the area’s farming heritage. Native cellar yeasts start each fermentation; neither fining nor filtration is used before bottling. The wines include Pignoletto, Barbera and Sangiovese, as well as Posca Rossa, a continuously replenished wine.
