Hic et Nunc 2018 Altromondo Grignolino

Light cherry-red colour accompanies fruit, floral and spice notes, with peppery and balsamic tones. Freshness, tannin and acidity are present alongside a savoury, juicy palate. Grignolino from a marl-soiled hill with southern exposure at nearly 300 metres spent eight months in stainless steel. Six thousand bottles were produced in Piedmont, and the winery is located in Vignale Monferrato.

About Hic et Nunc
Hic et Nunc took shape in 2012, when Massimo Rosolen acquired land at Vignale Monferrato and began restoring the property and its vineyards. The first wines reached the market in 2016, followed by a new winery with space for winemaking and visitors.
Its cellar is devoted to native Monferrato grapes, including Barbera, Grignolino, Cortese, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo and Baratuciat. Single-variety bottlings are central to the approach, with an emphasis on fragrance, finesse and easy drinking.
