Dry in style, the wine matures in used barriques. Alcohol is 12.5 percent, with 5.9 grams per litre of acidity and 2 grams per litre of residual sugar. It carries organic certification under DE-ÖKO-006 and is sealed with a screw cap. Classified as Schwäbischer Landwein, it comes from Württemberg and sits within the VDP.Gutswein tier.

About Weingut Beurer
Marion and Jochen Beurer left their local cooperative in 1997 to make wine under their own name in Kernen-Stetten, in Württemberg’s Remstal. Jochen now works with his son Adrian on the 15-hectare estate, where Riesling makes up about 65 percent of the plantings.
The vineyards are farmed organically; Beurer joined Demeter in 2012 and the biodynamic growers’ group respekt-BIODYN in 2025. Steep parcels around Stetten include gypsum Keuper and sandstone soils. Fermentation starts with native yeasts, followed by patient ageing and little handling in the cellar.
