The palate is soft and balanced, with savoury freshness, lively fruit and a menthol note. This Fiano is made as a reserve bottling in Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Campania. Fermentation and six months of maturation take place in stainless steel. Alcohol is thirteen percent.
