Pale straw in colour, this Aligoté offers spicy aromas with lime, vanilla and white fruit. Apple and lemon accompany pure fruit on a bone-dry palate, with focused minerality, a fleshy middle and bright acidity. Saline notes are also present. The structure is sharp and lively, with substance and balance, and the wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.
