Made entirely from Cortese, this unfiltered orange-style white ferments with partially crushed skins in handmade terracotta amphorae. Organic grapes are harvested by hand, and no sulphites are added. Alcohol is thirteen percent. Production is limited to two thousand bottles. The wine is Biodynamic, Vegan and Natural. The winery is based in Tassarolo in Italy’s Piedmont region.
