Pale yellow colour accompanies white blossom and yellow fruit. The Chardonnay is round and generous, with yellow-fruit flavour. Grapes come from 2.46 hectares of clay-limestone soils in Vaillons. Slow, low-pressure pressing precedes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with eight percent fermented in oak. Lees ageing lasts eighteen months in steel, with a small portion kept in oak barrels.
