Open-tank fermentation keeps the fruit clear and lively, while the palate stays rounded, food-friendly and composed. There is enough freshness to lift the darker fruit, and the oak adds polish without taking over. The finish is smooth and persistent, leaving black cherry, blueberry, vanilla and a gentle oak note.
