The palate is broad and finely textured, with fresh acidity and a distinct saline mineral line carrying the fruit. Orange pith and pear add definition through the centre, while white pepper brings gentle lift. Dry and persistent, it finishes with citrus, sweet almond and a long volcanic-mineral edge.
