Blackberry leads with oregano, cocoa, graphite and a distinctive fynbos lift. The palate is succulent and generously fruited, bringing dark berry depth together with cinnamon spice and a firm savoury line. Polished tannins hold the concentration in balance while fresh acidity keeps the texture composed. The finish is long and layered, lingering on black fruit, cocoa, spice and mineral detail.
