The palate is floral and fruit-led, balancing juicy red berry and citrus notes with measured herbal bitterness. Passion flower gives the middle a delicate aromatic touch, while the structure stays crisp and lightly sweet. The finish is clean, bittersweet and refreshing. Serve chilled over ice, topped with tonic or sparkling wine.
