Esquimalt Rosso Sweet Vermouth

Plum, fig and orange lead a generous aroma, followed by brown sugar, rosemary and cinnamon. The palate is rich but composed, with ripe fruit and cola balanced by white pepper, clove, star anise and a firm herbal line. A mead-based texture gives the middle palate breadth without becoming syrupy. The finish is savoury, gently bitter and warming. Serve lightly chilled over ice, or use it in a Negroni, Martinez or Manhattan.
