The palate is sweet but not cloying, with lively acidity and a firm herbaceous bitterness keeping the texture focused. A subtle grassy note adds freshness before bitter lemon carries the long finish. Serve well chilled over ice with a lemon twist or olive, topped with sparkling water, or use it in a lighter Negroni-style cocktail.
