Orange blossom leads with a bright, fragrant lift, followed by vanilla, almond and a firm line of herbaceous bitterness. Cinnamon and clove add gentle warmth, while the mead base brings a rounded texture without making the palate heavy. The finish is citrus-led, bittersweet and quietly spiced. Serve chilled over ice, lengthen with sparkling water, or use it to bring polished orange-and-botanical depth to gin, rum or whisky cocktails.
