Sweet vanilla and buttercream open the aroma, followed by poached pear and baked apple. The palate is smooth and gently tropical, balancing orchard fruit with honey, soft citrus and a measured layer of oak spice. Almond and roast chestnut add savoury depth beneath the sweeter fruit, while the finish is clean, rounded and quietly nutty. Serve neat or add a small splash of water to draw out the pear and vanilla.
