Ripe raspberry and broader red-fruit notes meet the citrus-led character of Barbe Rouge hops. The fruit and hopping are held in balance, giving the palate a refreshing profile that stays expressive without becoming cloying. A light bitterness provides shape through the finish. Serve cold with grilled pork, spicy chicken, sharp cheddar, berry-glazed ribs or a citrus-dressed grain salad.
