Fuggles Beer Star Surfer Pineapple Passion Fruit Hefeweizen

Ripe passion fruit and sweet pineapple lead, set against a gently biscuity wheat character. The fruit is generous and tropical rather than sharply tart, while the hefeweizen base gives the palate a soft grain-led centre. A mild sweetness carries into a rounded, fruit-forward finish. Serve well chilled with jerk chicken, fish tacos, coconut curry, grilled prawns or a fresh fruit salad.
