Passion fruit, stone fruit and pineapple sit at the centre of a concentrated West Coast hop profile, with a distinct dank edge adding depth. Nectaron, Simcoe and Columbus hops drive the aroma and give the finish a firm, structured presence rather than soft sweetness. This is an assertive double IPA suited to a smaller glass. Serve well chilled with barbecue, rich burgers, blue cheese or aged cheddar.
