Citrus and stone fruit arrive first from New Zealand Kohatu hops, while American Triumph hops deepen the fruit profile with peach and add a resinous pine edge. The combination gives this hazy IPA a broad, modern hop character: juicy through the middle, then more structured and savoury at the finish. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, spicy noodles, grilled chicken or a sharp, creamy cheddar.
