Bold pineapple leads into a creamy, soft-serve-like body and a lightly sweet vanilla finish. Pineapple purée remains at the centre, with Perle hops providing a restrained base and a late Azacca dry hop bringing a citrus accent. Lactose, wheat flakes and oat flakes add texture to this playful fruit beer. Serve well chilled with spicy fried chicken, grilled pork, salty fries or coconut cake.
