Vanilla blossom, ripe sour cherry and wild blackberry lead the nose, framed by the deeper tone of oak. The palate is dry and gently spicy, with a soft, aromatic texture that keeps the dark fruit in balance. Distillation from Raboso pomace and maturation in former Elisir Gambrinus casks give the grappa its golden colour and distinctive liqueur-cask nuance. Serve neat after dinner, allowing a little time in the glass for the fruit and spice to open.
