Floral fruit and vanilla lead the nose, followed by malt, caramel and a touch of oak. The palate is mild and velvety, with dried fruit, apple and honey layered over soft nutty tones and gentle spice. A savoury thread keeps the sweetness composed, while creamy malt carries through the middle. The finish is long, smooth and fruit-led, returning to vanilla, honey and light oak. Serve neat or with a few drops of water.
