The Liberty Distillery TRUST 10th Anniversary Cask Strength Whiskey

Warm caramel, apple and baking spice lead the nose, with a subtle cereal depth underneath. The palate is ripe and powerful, layering dark chocolate and rich brioche over malt, sage and cinnamon. Cask-strength concentration gives the whisky breadth and intensity, but the grain character remains clear through the middle. The finish is long and warming, with chocolate, cereal and spice returning. Serve neat in a small pour and add water gradually to open the sweeter fruit and malt notes.
