Peat smoke meets dark chocolate, caramel and earthy spice in this cask-strength Irish single malt. The 2023 release combines peated, stout and double malt components, then finishes in maple-syrup stout casks for layers of roasted grain, dark sweetness and firm smoke. Bottled at 56.4%, it is powerful and concentrated; serve neat in a small pour and add water gradually to open the malt and cask notes.

About Two Stacks
Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan and Donal McLynn founded Two Stacks in 2020 after more than a decade working with Irish drinks abroad. They select and blend whiskey sourced from distilleries across Ireland, working at their own facility opened in 2022.
Their inspiration comes from the Irish grocers and merchants who once bought casks, matured the whiskey and bottled it under their own names. Alongside its small releases and varied cask finishes, Two Stacks offers whiskey in the 100 mL Dram in a Can format.
