Peaches are added during fermentation to bring ripe stone-fruit flavour to the apple-cider base. Lactose, the natural sugar found in milk, contributes sweetness and the rounded, creamy mouthfeel suggested by the style. The result is soft and fruit led, with fresh apple character holding the richer texture in balance. Contains lactose. Serve chilled with roast pork, spicy food, soft cheese or peach desserts.
