Brickers Che Guava Cider 500ml

Tropical pink guava leads a medium-bodied cider brightened by zesty lemongrass and rounded by a touch of rum-soaked oak. The palate is fresh and fruit-forward, with the citrus-herbal lift keeping the guava vivid rather than heavy. A gentle caramel note gathers toward the finish, adding warmth and depth while preserving a refreshing balance. Serve well chilled with jerk chicken, grilled prawns, spicy tacos or coconut-based dishes.

About The Bricker Cider Company
The Bricker Cider Company opened in West Sechelt in 2017, inspired by a family orchard and Grandma Anne. Her maiden name, Bricker, became the name of the cidery. The business remains family owned and operated from a five-acre Sunshine Coast farm.
British Columbia apples form the base of the ciders, with raspberries, hops and tea among the additions used across the range. More than twenty seasonal ciders are released each year alongside the permanent range.
