Brickers Mulled Cider 500ml

A gently sweet, spice-led cider infused with cinnamon, star anise, cloves, nutmeg and orange peel. Ripe orchard fruit provides a rounded base while the warming aromatics build through the palate, finishing with a fresh citrus lift rather than excessive sweetness. It can be served chilled, or warmed slowly for a more enveloping expression. Pair with roast pork, baked ham, mature cheddar or apple crumble.

About The Bricker Cider Company
The Bricker Cider Company opened in West Sechelt in 2017, inspired by a family orchard and Grandma Anne. Her maiden name, Bricker, became the name of the cidery. The business remains family owned and operated from a five-acre Sunshine Coast farm.
British Columbia apples form the base of the ciders, with raspberries, hops and tea among the additions used across the range. More than twenty seasonal ciders are released each year alongside the permanent range.
