Deep and enveloping, with dried cherry, black plum and fig layered with cocoa, sweet spice and a savoury herbal note. The palate is concentrated yet poised, balancing generous fruit with fresh acidity and polished tannins. A long, warming finish brings dark chocolate and gently balsamic complexity. Serve with braised beef, aged cheese or rich mushroom dishes.

About Monte Dall'Ora
Carlo Venturini and Alessandra Zantedeschi built Monte Dall’Ora at Castelrotto in Valpolicella Classica. Their terraced vineyards include Monte Dall’Ora and Camporenzo, with a higher, steeper site at San Giorgio. They grow local varieties including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, Dindarella and Oseleta.
Biodynamic farming brings herbs, cereals, cherry trees and olives alongside the vines.
