Lemon verbena, grapefruit and citrus pith give the nose a bright, savoury edge. The palate is dry and crisp, with vivid acidity, a lightly textured feel and subtle depth from older French oak. Fresh rather than overtly fruity, this unfined and unfiltered white finishes clean and works especially well with oysters, salads or goat cheese.

About Lock & Worth
Lock & Worth takes its name from its founders, Matthew Sherlock and Ross Hackworth, long-time colleagues based in Naramata Village. They began the project in 2011 to make small-production, single-vineyard British Columbia wines at approachable prices. Grapes come from individual sites across the Okanagan, including Naramata, Kelowna, Oliver and Okanagan Falls.
Basket presses and older French oak are part of a low-technology cellar approach. The winemaking favours gentle extraction, fermentation with native yeasts where possible, and bottling without fining or filtration.
