The nose moves from ripe fruit and flowers toward subtle savoury complexity, while the palate is dry, full and well balanced, with measured tannins and a lightly saline edge. Made from carefully selected Sangiovese and Montepulciano; ideal with pasta ragù, grilled meats or aged cheese.
