The palate is medium-bodied and fruit-forward, with soft tannins and balanced acidity keeping the generous blend easy to drink. Petite Sirah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Tempranillo and Syrah bring breadth without heaviness. Serve with burgers, lamb kebabs, chicken mole or smoky grilled vegetables.
