Venturini Baldini NV Montelocco Lambrusco Emilia IGP
$36.99
Deep ruby with violet reflections, offering juicy black cherry and a lifted note of wild herbs. The palate is fresh and gently semi-dry, with soft bubbles, lively acidity and light tannins giving shape to the ripe fruit. A subtle savoury edge keeps the sweetness measured, leading to a clean, easy finish that remains bright rather than heavy.

About Venturini Baldini
Venturini Baldini began in 1976 on a historic estate between Parma and Reggio Emilia, with Villa Manodori at its centre. The villa’s present form dates to the early sixteenth century.
Around 30 of the estate’s 130 hectares are planted with vines, and the estate holds organic certification. Yields are limited and grapes picked by hand, with the Lambrusco varieties Sorbara, Grasparossa and Salamino leading the range. The estate also keeps a seventeenth-century vinegar cellar, where more than 400 small wooden barrels are used for Reggio Emilia balsamic vinegar.
