A structured Haut-Médoc with intense blackcurrant and bramble aromas, followed by dark cherry and a light leather note. Parma violet brings an aromatic lift to the palate, while ripe tannins give the fruit shape and persistence. Balanced and savoury through the finish, it is a natural partner for roast beef, lamb, mushrooms or aged hard cheese.

About Château Larrivaux
Château Larrivaux has belonged to winegrowing families since 1580, and its succession has repeatedly passed through women. Bérangère Tesseron directs the Cissac-Médoc property with her family. Its roughly twenty hectares sit within the Haut-Médoc, where gravel, clay-limestone and clay-sand parcels give the estate several distinct growing conditions.
The vineyard is divided into four principal blocks. The property includes cover crops, woodland and replanted hedges. Its red wines centre on Merlot, alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
