Blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry lead, with sage, vanilla and cocoa from the house’s American-oak maturation. The palate is full but polished, balancing ripe fruit with fresh acidity and fine tannins. Savoury spice and cedar gather through a long, composed finish.

About Silver Oak
Ray Duncan and winemaker Justin Meyer founded Silver Oak in 1972, starting in a former dairy barn in Oakville. Their focus was Cabernet Sauvignon aged in American oak. The Duncan family became sole owners in 2001, and Ray’s sons David and Tim continue to lead the company.
Silver Oak makes Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley and Alexander Valley and farms more than 400 vineyard acres across the two regions. Both winery buildings have achieved LEED Platinum certification.
