Smoky crushed stone, dried yellow flowers and incense meet freshly sliced pear. The palate is rich yet lively, with clear acidity and a savoury mineral line bringing focus. Almond, herbs and a light saline note carry through the long finish. Serve with grilled fish, seafood pasta or roast chicken.

About Benito Ferrara
Benito Ferrara and his wife Michelina developed their family’s vineyards into a wine estate at San Paolo di Tufo in Irpinia. Their daughter Gabriella now leads it with her husband Sergio and the next generation.
Greco is the historic focus at Tufo, while the family grows Aglianico at Montemiletto. Many of the vineyards face south on hills around 450 to 600 metres above sea level.
