Freshly cut stone fruit and lemon meet a pronounced saline, stony mineral line. The palate is full-bodied and mouth-coating yet driven by precise acidity, with white flowers and subtle herbal detail emerging toward the finish. Concentrated without heaviness, it is well suited to roast poultry, firm fish, risotto or aged cheese.

About Ezio Poggio
Ezio Poggio is a third-generation family estate in Vignole Borbera, now led by siblings Ezio, an oenologist, and Mary Poggio. In 2003 they began restoring Timorasso to the Val Borbera, where this native white grape had largely disappeared. New vineyards, a purpose-built cellar and work with neighbouring growers led to the project’s first harvest in 2008.
Among the family’s vineyards, key parcels lie above 450 metres, while the highest sites for sparkling wine reach beyond 600.
