Blackberry and ripe plum lead a generous, fruit-forward nose, with a light floral lift adding freshness. The palate is smooth and rounded, its dark fruit held by soft tannins and balanced acidity. A characteristic bitter-almond note emerges on the clean finish, giving the wine a distinctly savoury close.

About Mauro Sebaste
Mauro Sebaste’s mother, Sylla Dogliani, was an early woman winegrower in Barolo, known locally as the Dama di Langa. In 1991, Mauro and his wife, Maria Teresa, established their own winery in Alba. Their daughters Sylla and Angelica joined the business in 2018.
The estate tends thirty hectares across the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, focusing on Piedmont’s native grapes. Stainless steel, large casks and French oak are used according to the wine.
