S.A. Prüm 2019 Wehlen Sonnenuhr Auslese Riesling
$92.99
Pear and grapefruit lead the aroma, with lanolin and ground ginger adding savoury depth. The palate is clear and measured, supported by vibrant acidity and a firm mineral line that keeps the sweetness controlled. Balanced and quietly expressive, it finishes with steady freshness, subtle spice and satisfying length.

About S.A. Prüm
The Prüm family’s Mosel vineyard history is recorded as far back as 1156, while Sebastian Alois Prüm founded the present estate in 1911. Saskia Andrea Prüm became owner in 2017, the first woman in the family to lead a winery carrying her initials. The estate grows only Riesling on steep Middle Mosel slate sites, including Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Bernkasteler Lay and Graacher Himmelreich.
Dry wines are a particular focus, alongside off-dry and sweet Rieslings. The leading dry wines ferment spontaneously and mature in traditional large oak casks.
