S.A. Prüm 2019 Wehlen Sonnenuhr Riesling GG
$109.99
Herbal spice opens the nose, with an ethereal hint of fir honey adding depth. The palate combines penetrating acidity with a broad, viscous texture, while grapefruit preserve, dry grass and hay bring savoury complexity. Generous yet controlled, it remains lively and appetising, finishing with mineral tension and clear potential to develop.

About S.A. Prüm
The Prüm family’s Mosel vineyard history is recorded as far back as 1156, while Sebastian Alois Prüm founded the present estate in 1911. Saskia Andrea Prüm became owner in 2017, the first woman in the family to lead a winery carrying her initials. The estate grows only Riesling on steep Middle Mosel slate sites, including Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Bernkasteler Lay and Graacher Himmelreich.
Dry wines are a particular focus, alongside off-dry and sweet Rieslings. The leading dry wines ferment spontaneously and mature in traditional large oak casks.
