Wild cassis, fleshy raspberry and juicy blackberry lead, with sweet pepper, tobacco, cumin and clove adding savoury depth. Concentrated yet precise, the palate keeps the dark fruit focused while spice builds through the finish. Give it a brief decant and serve with braised beef, roast lamb or grilled mushrooms.

About La Rivolta
The Cotroneo family established Fattoria La Rivolta at Torrecuso in 1997, making their first wines at its stone farmhouse the following year. The estate is certified for organic wine production.
Grapes are picked by hand and made into wine on site, using stainless steel, wood or amphora according to the wine. Aglianico, Falanghina, Greco and Coda di Volpe appear across its wines.
