Orange blossom gives the nose a clear floral lift, leading into a palate that feels both tightly drawn and quietly creamy. Citrus provides the central line of flavour, bringing freshness and definition as the wine opens. The finish lingers with a clean saline edge, leaving a poised, refreshing impression.

Intense ripe apricot, peach and mango set a generous tone, but the palate stays remarkably precise. Bright acidity cuts through the concentrated fruit, while lemon zest, mint and a salty mineral edge add definition. Lush yet poised, it finishes fresh, piquant and exceptionally long, with ample energy for further development.

Grapefruit, lemon zest, peach skin and wild herbs accompany ripe yellow fruit. The dry Riesling is tight and crisp, with mineral character, a delicate bitter note, elegance and an extended finish. Fruit comes from the Kiedrich Turmberg site in Germany’s Rheingau region. The wine carries the VDP Erste Lage classification and was matured in large wooden casks.

Ripe gooseberry, banana and lemon lead, with pineapple, saffron and a subtle smoky note adding complexity. The palate is dry and mineral, combining a rounded texture with well-integrated acidity and a clean, stony line. Composed rather than heavy, it finishes with citrus and gentle smoke, suiting shellfish, grilled fish, roast poultry or creamy vegetable dishes.

Intensely dusty and flinty, with slate and stone setting a cool, mineral tone. The palate is delightfully racy and dry, lifted by sprays of lime and lemon that bring clarity and energy. A lingering salty finish extends the wine’s stony precision, leaving a taut, zesty and refreshing impression.

Ripe yellow peach and a touch of honey lead into brisk lemon and lime. Dry and light-footed, the palate is driven by lively acidity and a distinct mineral edge, keeping the richer fruit clean and refreshing. The finish is bright, precise and gently savoury rather than sweet. Serve well chilled with oysters, smoked trout, schnitzel, fresh cheeses or lightly spiced dishes.
