Rattlesnake Hills

Licorice, light garrigue, dark plum, cassis and prune appear with a core of pepper. The profile has moderated intensity and restrained alcohol, while acidity and tannin are balanced. Syrah fruit was grown in Washington State’s Rattlesnake Hills AVA, and the wine was made at a winery in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia. Production totalled one hundred ninety cases, with thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol.
